About Our Neighborhood and HOA

Our HOA: We have a total of 38 houses in our subdivision. We have Homeowners Association is designed to protect your home and its values, as well as host quarterly meetings. We have guidelines for our subdivision, which is explained in the ByLaws and Declarations above. The pond is available to all Home Owners. 

The Trash: Honey Creek picks up trash every Monday sometime in between 2-4 pm. Although on Holidays trash day may vary for how long the holiday is exactly. If the holiday is only on Monday the trash will be picked up on Tuesday. The holidays that these circumstances fall under are: New Years, Christmas, Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day. (These circumstances only apply if the Holiday falls on a Monday.) (Other company's, that pick up trash that you are enrolled under, you have to call them yourself and ask what days they pick up trash.)

Utilities:  Atmos Energy (gas), Evergy (electric), Leavenworth Rural Water District 7 (water) and MidCo, Direct TV, AT&T & Dish (internet/cable/phone). Most use Honey Creek for trash service.  

Extra Information: Our neighborhood is very safe since we have a Neighborhood Watch. Our neighborhood is in the Basehor Linwood District - USD 458.
